Order Processing and Shipping
All items are carefully shipped in their own protective pouch and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Due to the detailed and personalized nature of crafting each pet, we are unable to accommodate rush orders. Once your Little Felted Friend has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
