Warranty & Care

Your handcrafted wool artwork is made to last. Here's how we stand behind our work and how to keep your piece looking its best.

Our Warranty Promise

Every Wool Artwork piece comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you notice any craftsmanship defects or if the artwork doesn't match the approved design, we'll work with you to make it right.

We also offer a 6-month structural warranty covering any issues related to the structural integrity of the piece under normal display conditions. This includes loose parts, unexpected shedding beyond normal levels, or any detachment of components.

What's Covered

  • Craftsmanship defects that weren't visible during the approval process
  • Structural issues such as loose or detached parts under normal conditions
  • Significant color discrepancies from the approved design photos
  • Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by pets, children, or rough handling
  • Exposure to water, excessive moisture, or direct sunlight
  • Normal wear and minor fiber shedding over time
  • Modifications or alterations made after delivery
  • Damage from improper cleaning methods

Care Instructions

Your wool artwork is a delicate handcrafted piece. With proper care, it will maintain its beauty for years to come. Follow these guidelines to preserve your artwork:

Avoid Direct Sunlight

Display your artwork away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading. A well-lit room with indirect light is ideal.

Keep Dry

Wool is sensitive to moisture. Keep your artwork in a dry environment and never use wet cloths for cleaning.

Gentle Dusting

Use a light puff of air or a low-setting hairdryer (cool air only) to remove dust. Avoid compressed air cans.

Gentle Grooming

If fibers become loose, you can gently groom them back into place using a large felting needle. Do not pull or tug.

Display Behind Glass

For optimal preservation, display your artwork behind glass in a shadow box or display case.

Handle with Care

Always handle your artwork with clean, dry hands. Avoid touching it frequently as oils from skin can affect the wool.
